Phuso uses an elaborate set of tests, offering professional and scientifically sound evaluations for staff selection and assessment.

Our tests can be used not only for selection, hiring, career planning, and researching employees’ potential, but also for testing specific skills. Our offer is aimed at a wide range of intellectual capacities, skills, attitudes and personality traits. Working together with our client and taking into account the requirements of the position to be filled or evaluated, an appropriate battery of tests is composed.

We have chosen to work together with SHL Belgium, a leading company in automated testing for the development of these programmes and psycho-technical tests. SHL guarantees up-to-date tests, calibrated for various profiles and sectors, and on par with the latest developments.

In addition, we have external experts with specific technical knowledge to evaluate candidates’ specialised expertise.
