Guarantees for the Candidate

Candidates can consult their rights on the Flemish Community’s website. The text about their rights summarises the applicant’s main guarantees. On request, we will provide you with a free copy of the text about the applicant’s rights. Article 21 also mentions the procedure for filing complaints. In addition, we gladly refer to Federgon’s ombudsman (see page “Ombudsman”).
