Experience/Profile

In our Risk Advisory practice, we are looking to strengthen our team with a risk advisor with an experience in internal control, internal audit and risk management in the financial services industry, more specifically in the insurance market.

We are looking for a Risk Advisor with 2-5 years of experience in internal audit and/or internal control and/or risk management within the insurance market, potentially with background in financial audit and we are looking for people that have adequate values and competencies such as team players, leadership skills, analytical skills, motivation and commitment.

We are looking for someone who can

1. Technically contribute to Advisory client engagements and internal projects.
2. Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
3. Identify and escalates potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young on existing engagements.
4. Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
5. Deliver high quality work

Responsibilities

The job responsibilities can be summarized as:

• Participate in a portfolio of internal audit, internal control and risk management engagements in the financial services industry with a focus on insurance
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management.
• Take a proactive role on the engagements and support the juniors
• Be an active member of the Ernst & Young insurance industry community
• Stay informed of general business/economic developments and understand their impact to the client

Profiel

University degree potentially followed by MBA or postgraduate degree in Applied Economics, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Finance or Other.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
