To enforce the Human Capital department in Antwerp, we are looking for a Jr/Sr Consultant Social Law

Beschrijving

• You will be involved, within the Human Consulting Group, in setting up structures to optimise our International clients' Human Capital.
• You understand complex subjects such as Global Mobility, Performance and Reward, Business Immigration, ...
  Each file asks for a tailor-made approach. Therefore your knowledge of Belgian Social Law enables you to advise the client with the most appropriate solution.
• You will take care of the legal aspects in order to draft the appropriate documentation and coordinate the documentation flow.
  Together with your colleagues, the expert team and the project leader, you will facilitate processes and formulate recommendations in order to provide an integrated employment solution.
• You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the organization/ presentation of internal and external lectures and seminars regarding social law.
  

Profiel

• You have a law or economics degree and a profound knowledge of Social Law. An additional degree in Social Law is a plus.
  A first relevant experience in this field is a plus but not a conditio sine qua non.
• You are fluent in Dutch/English/French.
• You have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
